The fennec fox, found in the Sahara Desert, is a very unique creature. There is no other fox in the world that is as small as this one, but that doesn't take away from its amazing ability to survive in the harsh desert environment. The fox's ears can reach a length of up to 30 centimeters. They can also tilt their heads from side to side to find prey. In addition, they can release heat from their ears to cool themselves down as they move around under the desert sun.
